Thanksgiving: Turkey Talk Part 1

Now that you've made your guest list and thought about your menu, it's time for a bit of turkey talk!

Based on the size of the group we've done lots of different main dishes: full turkeys, Cornish hens, turkey breast roasts, basted and brined, fresh and frozen, and purchased them from a multitude of places (although I've never done an online order). The first thing to know are all the terms around turkeys so you can find exactly what you're looking for! The guides below will explain all the options and help you put a beautiful bird on your holiday table!
